2018 Training for Transportation and Environmental Professionals ** Please share these guidelines with all co-presenters and panelists. ** Thank you for agreeing to present at the 2018 Training to be held March 6 & 7 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Place, Denver, Colorado. A lectern with standard microphone and sound system. 2. One wireless handheld microphone (for panelists and audience interaction). 3. A PC computer, connected to sound system, and wireless remote. 4. A projector and screen(s). 5. Wireless internet for access to websites, but not sufficient bandwidth for streaming. You will not be allowed to plug-in your own computer or device to the projector. Powerpoint files will be uploaded to the PC computer in each classroom prior to your presentation Presentation Slides and Technical Arrangements Please use the 2018 TTEP Powerpoint Template. Add your presentation title and presenter list for the first slide, then insert your own content on slide 2. Please retain our formatting and logo on the first slide. Slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio, and audio/video files should be embedded within your file. Wireless internet access will be available for the classroom computer, but it will not provide sufficient bandwidth for streaming. ** First Draft of your Slides is due February 16: Submit your Powerpoint files via email or upload here. You can continue to modify and upload your slides until March 5. ** ** Final Version of your Slides is due March 5. Our AV team will load and test files on classroom computers to alleviate AV problems and timing disruptions. Be sure that your most current version is uploaded here no later than Monday, March 5.** Event Registration: Registration and fees are required for presenters and panelists who wish to attend educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, reception and refreshment breaks on one or both days. Event Day: Presenters must check-in at the Speaker Station at the Event Registration Desk to retrieve your name tag and get directions to your assigned meeting room. We will also verify that the final version of your presentation slides are uploaded to our system. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session start time for final preparations and sound check.
