Annual Conference Information
ACEC Colorado has created an all-encompassing educational and networking experience to offer something for everyone from each segment within the consulting engineering industry.
This two-day, not-to-miss event will:
- provide a focus on workforce and leadership issues within the consulting engineering industry;
- address sector-specific engineering topics on transportation-environmental, vertical design-energy/climate strategy-water resources and business practices; and
- recognize leaders in Colorado’s consulting engineering industry at the Annual Meeting & Honor Awards Luncheon, including the swearing in of our new board members.

How Do We Become Sponsors / Exhibitors?
View past year’s sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities. NOTE: Sponsorship and exhibitor fees do not include conference registration, unless otherwise noted. Exhibitors do receive all meals during the conference. A separate link will be provided to exhibitor registrants.
- Based on past conference attendance, ACEC Colorado is expecting 350+ professionals from a diverse audience across private and public markets in both the horizontal and vertical design spaces.
What Does Registration Include?
All registration fees include meals, breaks and all-day beverages for the day(s) of registration. ACEC Colorado will also file Professional Development Hours* for those that scan their badges for each session they attend.
- Up to 10 Professional Development Hours of Engineering Registered Continuing Education are available by attending the full conference. This includes 4.5 PDHs on April 24 and 5.5 PDHs on April 25.
Who Has Attended in Past Years?
Based on past conference attendance, ACEC Colorado is expecting 350+ professionals from a diverse audience across private and public markets in both the horizontal and vertical design spaces.
It is not uncommon for more than one individual from a firm to attend. There are several educational sessions for finance, HR, IT, and marketing-communication/business development professionals.
What Kinds of Sessions Are Available?
There are several sector-specific engineering topics on transportation, vertical design, water resources, environment, and energy-climate strategy, as well as business practices.

Are There Discounted Hotel Rooms for the Conference?
Yes, ACEC Colorado provides a select number of discounted hotel rooms through a room block. Discounted rates vary by hotel.
Is Onsite Parking Available?
It depends on the hotel property, but ACEC Colorado tries to select properties that offer onsite parking for the convenience of our attendees.
May I Request Special Dietary Requirements for Meals?
Special dietary requirements must be submitted at time of event registration. The venue will do its best to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee it is able to meet all requests. Registrants with food allergies should also inform servers.
What Is the Dress Code for the Conference?
Business casual.
