The Showcase at the ACEC Colorado Conference provides suppliers, service providers, and industry partners with a focused opportunity to connect directly with consulting engineering firm leaders and decision-makers in a professional, high-engagement setting. Designed to maximize visibility and interaction, the Showcase offers face-to-face access with a highly targeted audience during dedicated exhibit hours and networking breaks.

How many professionals attend the ACEC Colorado conference?
With a proven track record of attendance, the ACEC Colorado Conference is projected to attract 350+ industry professionals, offering sponsors and exhibitors direct access to decision-makers across public and private markets in both horizontal and vertical design, along with targeted educational sessions for finance, HR, IT, and marketing/communications and business development professionals.

What does Conference registration include?
Registration fees includes access to education sessions, meals, breaks and all-day beverages for the day(s) of registration. ACEC Colorado will also file Professional Development Hours* for those who scan badges for each session they attend.

How many PDHs can I earn for attending the conference?
Your conference badge must be scanned upon entry to each education session to be eligible for up to to 11.25 Professional Development Hours* (PDHs) by attending the full conference: Wednesday (7.5 hours) and Thursday (3.75 hours) through the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP) are available by attending the full conference.

What will we gain from attending the Conference?

Are there discounted hotel rooms for the Conference?
Yes, ACEC Colorado provides a select number of discounted hotel rooms through a room block. Discounted rates vary by hotel.

Is onsite parking available?
Complimentary parking is available in the hotel lots.

May I request special dietary accommodations?
Yes. Please indicate any special dietary requirements at the time of event registration. While the venue will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, specific dietary needs cannot be guaranteed. Attendees with food allergies are also encouraged to notify event staff or servers at meal functions.

What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual is appropriate. Comfortable, professional attire is recommended for conference sessions and networking events.
