Education & Events | Leadership Series

ACEC Colorado’s Leadership Series provides a comprehensive pathway to building essential leadership skills across three distinct levels, each designed to meet the evolving challenges and responsibilities leaders face throughout their careers.

  • Emerging Leaders will develop skills in communication, emotional intelligence, project management and active listening.
  • Mid-level Leaders will focus on needs around culture, strategy, workforce design and negotiation.
  • Senior Leaders will refine tools to lead innovation, drive strategic change and build agile, engaged teams.

Each cohort provides interactive course work led by subject matter experts that blend real-world case studies with practical tools to elevate each individual’s leadership skills. For more detail about each module, click here.

2025-2026 Leadership Series:

  • Tuition & Materials: Employees of Member Firms Rate: $1,769 | Employees of Non-member Firms Rate: $2,229
  • Professional Development Hours: Up to 13*
  • Delivery: In-person instruction
  • Location:  ACEC Colorado Office Building: 7979 E. Tufts Avenue, Ste. 225 | Denver, CO 80237
  • Dates & Times: Each cohort will have four sessions, once per month in three-hour increments, except for May, which will be four hours.
    • Emerging Leaders
      • Tuesdays: Feb. 3, March 3, April 7 & May 5
      • Morning Session: 9 a.m.-Noon (except May 5, which will be 8 a.m.-Noon)
      • Afternoon Session: 1-4 p.m. (except May 5, which will be 1-5 p.m.)
    • Mid-level & Senior Leaders 
      • Tuesdays: Feb. 10, March 10, April 14 & May 12
      • Mid-level Leaders: 9 a.m.-Noon (except May 12, which will be 8 a.m.-Noon)
      • Senior Leaders: 1-4 p.m. (except May 12, which will be 1-5 p.m.)
