The Colorado Consulting Engineers Political Action Committee (CEPAC) is a bipartisan political committee organized under the state campaign finance laws (CRS 1-45-108) and registered with the Colorado Secretary of State. As you may know, Colorado law allows political committees to accept limited contributions from corporations and individuals and to likewise make very limited contributions to candidate campaign committees. ACEC National Political Action Committee (ACEC/PAC) is the engineering industry’s primary tool for political engagement at the national level. ACEC/PAC is the largest PAC in the engineering and design services industry. ACEC PAC is bipartisan and operates out in the open in full compliance with the Federal Election Campaign Act and applicable state laws.
