Annual Conference 2025 Call for Presentations
(Closed)

The ACEC Colorado Annual Conference will be held Wednesday, April 23-Thursday, April 24, 2025, at  Hotel Polaris at the U.S. Air Force Academy. This will be a two-day event with sessions containing presentations that fall within these special interest tracks.

  • Business Practices
  • Transportation
  • Vertical Design-Energy
  • Water Resources & Environment

All proposals must be submitted online via this form no later than 11:59 p.m. (MDT) on Wednesday Feb. 5. Submissions will be reviewed by the ACEC Colorado staff and Program Committee, and those selected to present will be notified on or before Wednesday, Feb. 19. NOTE: Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection for presentation at the conference.

Speaker Requirements

All moderators, speakers and panelists selected to present will receive a limited “speaker’s registration” valid for a two-hour window before, during and after their scheduled presentation session. If moderators, presenters or panelists would like to attend sessions outside their presentation time, each is required to purchase either a one-day or full-conference registration from ACEC Colorado. To ensure sufficient time for dialog and interaction between the audience and speakers, each session is limited to a maximum of four individual moderators, presenters and/or panelists. The deadline for presenter registration is Friday, March 7, 2025.

Speakers are expected to adhere to all deadlines set forth for presentations (see “Presentation Materials” section).

Speakers agree that ACEC Colorado may use and distribute their images and/or voices in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings, including those of their presentation(s).

ACEC Colorado seeks to avoid antitrust violations in connection with its activities; therefore, presenters agree to avoid engaging in conduct that gives even the appearance of an impermissible conversation, agreement, alliance or impropriety. All presentation materials must be kept free of even the suggestion of restraint of trade or the selection of suppliers, customers or prices.

Please review and familiarize yourself with all ACEC Colorado Annual Conference Presenter, Panelist, or Facilitator Terms and Conditions.

Presentation Materials

Presentation slides and any supplemental materials to be distributed (PDF only) must be uploaded to ACEC Colorado’s portal no later than Friday, April 11, 2025. PowerPoint presentations must use the conference template as the title page, which ACEC Colorado staff will provide.

Presentation Proposal Submission

Each track for the 2025 Annual Conference has a unique submission form. Use the links below to submit for a specific track. If your presentation covers (add the S) multiple tracks, submit using the form most aligned with the overall goal of the presentation and list other tracks in the submission notes.

You can submit more than one proposal for the annual conference; however, each proposal must be submitted separately.

  • Business Practices
  • Energy
  • Transportation
  • Vertical Design
  • Water Resources & Environment

For questions about this application or speaking at the conference, please contact Dana Mansell (303.831.0236). All presentation proposals must be submitted online via this form.
