SB14-197 – High Performance Transportation Enterprise Transparency Bill was heard and passed out of the Senate Transportation Committee this week. Executive Director Marilen Reimer testified in opposition to SB14 as did Colorado Contractors Association (CCA) and Building Jobs for Colorado Coalition (BJ4C). This bill passed out of committee and will now be heard in appropriations, ACEC/CO and these other organizations will continue to fight to kill the bill.
